Delivery and Returns

How does our return policy work?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s). Once you have made your return request, you have 15 days to send us back your items.

As soon as you wish to initiate the return process or if there is a problem with your order.

Please note that:
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with their original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in unsellable condition will not be eligible for a refund and we will have to send them back to you.

You must use additional packaging to protect the shoe box for a shoe return. The packaging is part of the product; any damage to the shoe box may result in the refusal of the return.

For hygiene reasons, tights and socks cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing defect with your garment, you are entitled to a full return and refund.

Can I exchange my item?
No, this is not an option we offer. If you realize you have purchased the wrong size, you will need to place a new order and request a return for the incorrect size.

How do I send my item back to you?
You are responsible for sending your items back to us, choosing your preferred courier and shipping service – we recommend using a trackable shipping service. Here is our shipping address for returns:

How long will I have to wait to get my refund?
We generally process returns within 2 business days of receipt and you will receive an email update regarding this. We issue refunds using the same payment method you used for your order.

Paypal refunds will appear immediately in your account. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days; processing times vary by payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. This applies to both original shipping costs and return shipping costs if you choose our automatic method.
