How does our return policy work?
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return your item(s). Once you have made your return request, you have 15 days to return your items to us.

Please note that :
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, complete with their original tags and/or packaging. Items returned in non-resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund and we will have to send them back to you.

You must use additional packaging to protect the shoebox for a shoe return. The packaging is part of the product, any damage to the shoebox may lead to the refusal of the return.

For hygienic reasons, tights and socks cannot be returned. Of course, if there is a manufacturing problem with your garment, you are entitled to return and full refund.

Can I exchange my item?
No, this is not an option we offer. If you realize you purchased the wrong size, you will need to re-order and request a return for the wrong size.

How long do I have to wait to get my refund?
We usually handle returns within 2 business days of receipt and you will receive an email update on this. We issue refunds using the same payment method you used for your order.

Paypal refunds will appear immediately in your account. Credit card refunds can take up to 10 business days, processing times vary by payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are not refunded. This applies to both the original shipping costs and the return costs if you choose our automatic method.
