The Elite Fuel Women's Bib Shorts are a 7-inch bib short designed specifically to be used with the Maurten Gel 100, Gel 100 Caf 100 and Gel 160 during a marathon race. The fabric is designed by Payen Textiles in France, known for its quick-drying ability, 4-way stretch and lightweight properties, ensuring optimum flexibility and comfort for the wearer. With an abrasion resistance of over 200,000 rubs on the Martindale scale, they prove durable during rigorous use, especially on densely forested singletrack trails. Powermesh pockets on the back of the tights make it easy to store each Maurten gel for regular refueling over the 6km, 12km, 18km, 24km, 30km and 36km distances. Developed in tandem with Maurten, this powermesh fueling organization system is built around a high waistband that eliminates bounce by keeping storage close to the body throughout the duration of a high-intensity effort.
