Box of 6 Maurten Gel Mix 480 sachets. Each 125 g sachet is mixed with 200 ml of water in a flask to form a hydrogel with 120 g of carbohydrates, with a texture between the Drink Mix and the Gel. Once mixed, it keeps for 72 hours in the fridge and can be flavoured with Additions. The format to prepare several long runs or a racing season.
