The HydraPak Gel Mix Flask 350 ml is designed to mix and use Maurten Gel Mix 480: a 200 ml fill line shows the amount of water, and the sachet opening fits the flask top. SpeedFill cap and bite valve for easy drinking during exercise. It fits in a vest, belt or back pocket, to carry up to 120 g of carbohydrates.
