  • Rack up the miles with this new, even lighter Vaporfly 4. We've made the previous version lighter, without compromising on performance. With its carbon fiber Flyplate and ultra-responsive ZoomX foam midsole, it's got everything you need to take your game to the next level. The result? A running shoe you can rely on for any distance.
  • Full-length carbon fiber Flyplate with a steeper angle than the Vaporfly 3. There's also less heel-to-toe drop. This shoe delivers an exceptionally propulsive feel on race day.
  • We've slimmed down Nike ZoomX, our most responsive foam. From heel to toe, it delivers better energy return thanks to a slightly reduced midsole for greater responsiveness and a lighter feel.
  • The woven mesh helps reduce weight while ensuring a more consistent fit. The heel and tongue have also been reduced in size for even greater weight reduction.
  • The midsole reinforcement in the heel reduces weight on the inside of the foot and produces a more stable ride. The outsole has been made lighter by using a thinner rubber compared to the Vaporfly 3.
  • We've made small changes that make all the difference. We've further lightened the upper, midsole, and outsole without sacrificing performance.

Upper: synthetic textile mesh + reinforcements. Midsole: synthetic foam. Outsole: rubber. Cleaning: soft brush + lukewarm water. Remove insoles for separate drying. Do not machine wash. Air dry away from direct heat sources.
